I live at Bathurst and Steeles and I have been a fan of yours for years. I have attended many of your cooking demonstrations. As a matter of fact, I attended the Holy Blossom event last week. I enjoyed the evening immensely and I was the lucky winner of a 12-cup Cuisinart coffee maker.

However, it is the first time that I went to your website. I found it very interesting and I love reading the different recipes and wonderful tips you offer us.

Dear Norene,
I had a wonderful time tonight listening and watching you cook. I inherited your cook book from my late mother. I was amazed to see that she had it {she was not known for her cooking}. Growing up we lived with my grandparents in Montreal. My bubbie was a wonderful cook and baker. I loved your stories as much as your demos. I now cherish your cookbook even more. I can honestly say that my late mom never made one of your recipes but she must have read every page. She loved to read. I will make many of your dishes as I was the one standing next to my bubbie when she cooked.

Thank you for making me laugh with your stories and for sharing your recipes.

Cooking Demonstration Fundraising Event "Dear Norene, "We sold 264 tickets for your cooking demonstration, Fast Fabulous & Healthy Cooking with Norene Gilletz. It was a resounding success. In order to raise the same amount of money by selling chocolate bars we would have to sell 9,285! "We would not have had any fun, and it probably would have annoyed many people instead of bringing the Jewish community together for an afternoon. We had a blast."
