4 brisket boxes
4 cups water
20 oz can tomatoes
1 onion, diced
salt & peper, to taste
1/2 cup rice
- Place bones in water. Bring to a boil, and skim.
- Add tomatoes, onion and seasonings.
- Simmer for 1 1/2 hours.
- Add rice, and cook for 20 minutes longer.
- Remove bones.
