Tomato & Rice Soup

4 brisket boxes
4 cups water
20 oz can tomatoes
1 onion, diced
salt & peper, to taste
1/2 cup rice

  1. Place bones in water. Bring to a boil, and skim.
  2. Add tomatoes, onion and seasonings.
  3. Simmer for 1 1/2 hours.
  4. Add rice, and cook for 20 minutes longer.
  5. Remove bones.
