1/2 cup sliced almonds
1 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 tbsp orange juice
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1/4 tsp salt
Pepper to taste
1/4 cup vegetable oil

1 bag mixed salad greens
1 cup mandarin oranges, drained
1 cup seedless red grapes, cut up

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Bake almonds 7 to 9 minutes.

2. Combine all liquid ingredients except oil and whisk. Add oil slowly while whisking. Toss together with salad greens, oranges and grapes just before serving.
