CRAN-BERRY APPLE CRISP

Dessert

Filling:
2 cups cranberries (fresh or frozen)
2 cups blueberries, strawberries or raspberries (fresh or frozen)
4 large apples, peeled, cored & sliced
1/3 cup whole wheat flour
1/3 cup brown sugar, packed
1 tsp. cinnamon

Topping:
1/3 cup whole wheat flour
1/3 cup brown sugar, packed
2/3 cup quick-cooking oats
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 tbsp. lite margarine or canola oil

Preheat oven to 375°F. Combine filling ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Spread evenly in a sprayed 9″ deep pie plate. Combine topping ingredients and carefully spread over filling. Bake at 375°F for 35 to 45 minutes, until golden.
