2 Tbsp olive oil
1 onion, halved and sliced into thin strips
1/2 red bell pepper, sliced into thin strips
1/2 yellow bell pepper, sliced into thin strips
1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced
1/2 cup bean sprouts
1/2 lb spaghetti, cooked according to package directions
3 Tbsp soy sauce
3 Tbsp Thai sweet chili sauce (recipe follows)
1. Heat olive oil in a sauté pan over medium heat. Add onion and cook for 1–2 minutes. Add peppers, mushrooms, and bean sprouts. Sauté for 4–5
minutes more until vegetables are slightly soft and lightly browned.
2. Add spaghetti, soy sauce, and sweet chili sauce. Cook for 2–3 minutes, stirring constantly.
