1 jar gefilte fish (my family prefers sweet)
1/2 cup water
1 sweet onion, diced
1 carrot, sliced
Empty gefilte fish into a pot, jelly and all. Add water, onion and carrot slices and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat, cover and simmer about 30 to 45 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Chill in the refrigerator. Multiplies easily.
