Breaded Fillets of Sole

1 lbs fillets of sole
1/2 cup flour
1 egg, beaten
1 cup seasoned bread crumbs
3 tbsp oil

Coat fish lightly in flour, dip in egg, then in crumbs. Brown for 4 minutes on each side in hot oil, or until nicely browned.

Serve immediately.

Makes 3 servings.
