Food Consultants

We offer a wide range of consulting services, including menu and recipe development, focusing on nutritious, delicious meals that will appeal to a wide client base, from students to seniors. Recipe Development

Gourmania does recipe development for the food service industry, including food manufacturers, restaurants, caterers, bakeries, supermarkets and gourmet shops. We also provide consumer-focused recipes for cookbooks, recipe brochures and pamphlets, food labels, advertisements, magazines, trade publications, websites and trade shows. We can customize your nutrient analysis to provide the nutritional information you want: e.g., calories, protein, carbohydrates, dietary fiber, total fat, saturated fat, cholesterol, sodium, % calories from fat, % calories from carbohydrates, calcium, potassium, vitamin A, vitamin C - the choice is yours!

Cookbook Editing & Indexing

So you want to write a cookbook! We can help. Learn how to collect and write your recipes so that they work! We provide editing services for cookbooks, newsletters, magazines, newspapers, websites and the food service industry. Ideal for fund-raisers. Fees vary depending on your requirements.

A good index is the key to finding recipes in a cookbook. We specialize in indexes that are functional, visually appealing, and most important of all, user-friendly. Reasonable rates, quick turnaround.
