Norene
Gilletz is the leading author of Kosher cookbooks in Canada. She is a food consultant,
freelance food writer,
cookbook editor and indexer,
and teacher/lecturer
on food and
nutrition. Norene is a culinary spokesperson and her company, Gourmania Inc., does
nutritional analysis
of recipes for cookbooks, menus and the food industry.
Because of her love
"a-fare" with food, she can usually be found within
close range of a kitchen.
Norene is a Certified Culinary
Professional with the International Association of Culinary Professionals.
